We had an excellent stay with friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms with balconies , and a nice breakfast included. the location is amazing, being close to popular attractions like Appu Ghar and Netaji Subhash Marg. Plus, they provide complimentary shower gel, hand wash, and moisturizer, as well as RO water bottles with fast service. It's a great value for money!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location is great and convenient for transportation. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and served from 8-10 am. the complimentary RO water bottles provided were unlimited which was a plus.
Not obvious to find.

The location is very convenient and the staff members are friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a few of them even having balconies. Complimentary breakfast is served from 8-10am and it's really tasty. they offer services around the clock, so you don't have to worry about running out of supplies. The shower gel, hand wash and moisturizer are provided and that's a nice touch.
I was transferred to another property and the customer service response wasn't ideal. , the complimentary water bottles are provided, but they are unsealed.
